Excessive tearing
The Nasolacrimal Duct, commonly referred to as the “tear drain,” is critical for moving naturally occurring tears away from the eyes and into the nose. Patients with obstruction or tight (stenotic) tear drains may have the following symptoms:

crusting of the eyelashes
Dr. Lee can assist patients with understanding of the normal tear drain pathways, identification of problem areas, and providing medical or surgical options for resolution of their symptoms.
