Welcome to Maryland Oculoplastic Surgery, conveniently located in Ellicott City and serving the Baltimore and Washington region. As a member of the Ellicott City community since the age of 8, Dr. Lee is committed to excellence in patient care. Dr. Lee is a fellowship-trained Oculoplastic surgeon practicing in Baltimore and Washington, DC since 2011.

Dr. Lee focuses his practice on eyelid, nasolacrimal, and orbital surgery. Achieving aesthetic long-lasting solutions is his goal for each patient. As a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Dr. Lee has published 18 studies in peer-reviewed journals and given numerous lectures and presentations nationwide. Dr. Lee also considers humanitarian work an important part of his medical practice and has participated in five international medical missions projects to the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.
